August 24, 2024
For the fourth consecutive year, the Nerazzurri Club will participate in Milan Games Week & Cartoomics, the most important national event for Esports. Scheduled to take place at Rho Fiera Milano from November 24 to 26, this event has been a prestigious showcase for the entire sector since 2011, evidenced by the thousands of visitors who have attended in recent years.
Inter will be a main attraction at Pavilion 13, at the Mkers booth. During this occasion, the Nerazzurri will activate their collaboration with Blue Lock, a shonen manga written by Muneyuki Kaneshiro and illustrated by Yusuke Nomura, published in Japan by the renowned publishing house Kōdansha and distributed in Italy by Panini Comics.
The connection between Inter and Blue Lock was initiated during the Japan Tour 2023, where a unique graphic identity was created for the Club's digital content during matches in Japan. This collaboration included an installation in Tokyo and an event where Nicolò Barella met the authors of the manga. Blue Lock is a very popular manga that, through an innovative narrative about the world of soccer, perfectly blends sports and gaming by recounting the adventures of Isagi Yoichi and 300 of Japan's most promising young strikers who participate in a revolutionary training method at the Blue Lock facility, aiming to create the best striker in the world. The goal of this collaboration is to strengthen Inter's brand contaminations in the fields of culture and art, aiming to reach younger generations worldwide.
There will be numerous entertainment opportunities during Milan Games Week & Cartoomics: Inter’s area will feature a photobooth and a dedicated backdrop. Fans visiting the booth will also receive a gift in Nerazzurri colors.
