Following the tremendous success of its inaugural edition, which drew over 100 enthusiastic students and several oustanding speakers like Massimo Caputi (Newsroom Director, Dmtc), Erminia Carotenuto (Sport Events & Partnership Manager, Omnicom Media Group), and Lorenzo Serafini (Marketing Communication Manager, A.S. Roma), the Developer Masterclass in Gaming returns this October.
This is a must-attend event for those who wish to dive deeper into the world of game development. The masterlass will take place in a hybrid mode, allowing participants to access either online or in-person at the Mkers Gaming House in Rome on the weekends of October 21-22 and 28-29, 2023. Throughout the course, you'll learn from expert lecturers representing industry leaders, covering topics such as C++ language, C#, Unreal Engine 5, and Unity.
At the end of the course, top students will receive a certified certificate of participation and will have the opportunity to live an exclusive experience in a renowned Italian Software House.
For those who are passionate about game development and design, Randstad Technologies and Mkers present an unmissable Online Hackathon. The event will take place from October 23 to 10 November 2023 and it's possibile to register as a group. The main objectives of the hackathon will be the creation of a Mobile Game Demo and the opportunity to interact with leading Italian companies in the technology and IT sector.
The Online Hackathon will conclude with an in-person test, at the Randstad Box in Milan, where the best groups will have the opportunity to spend an exclusive day and participate in a business speed date with leading companies in the industry. The best group will be awarded during Milan Games Week on November 24th.
